Aquarius Valet Deck Pavers Progress October November 2015
Your Special Assessment money at work. The Valet Deck should be ready in a few weeks. Work started in April 2015, it should be done in December. The initial schedule was posted here (click to see the original schedule). It seems the has progressed well in advance of the timeline.
There is a new schedule with new dates. It is possible that the demobilization scheduled for January 2016 have a new sooner execution.
The project seems to be within budget and under schedule. We hope the missing details do not derail a project so far successful.
It feels good to have invested in the restoration of our Aquarius Condominium. Photos of the pavers work from October 28 to November 5, 2015.

Thank you for your interest in getting involved with the security cameras..It is an important item to have thru out our two buildings and across our property…Our safety is at stake ,and this is an added source of protection when things go wrong. ..Such as a car damaged in the garage..or a mirror broken in the elevator..or even a slip an fall…or a person falling at the pool…..the cameras will have a record of what has happened..”PLUS” Security can see issues that need attention,A.S.A.P.. on their monitors from the cameras viewing…again thx a bunxh..Pam Ippolito
