Pre-Construction Evaluation and subsequent sub-phases to be completed from June 29, 2016 to April 18, 2016.
This is work is subject of the Construction Committee discussions every Thursday. All are invited to participate and follow pari passu the progress of the 40 Year Re-Certification exercise. After completion of this “Pre-Construction Phase” there will be a “Construction Phase.” This second phase could last from 12 to 18 months into 2018.
Broward County has prepared detailed guidelines for the 40 Year Re-Certification program. This safety exercise has the main objective to assure the structural integrity and safety of large buildings.
