♦  Full time resident of Aquarius (Parents lived here 25 years)
♦  Expertise in organizational and coordination matters, including 20 years as a manager of volunteers in a hospital

Education & Experience

♦  Bachelor of Arts
♦  Master of Science in Education
♦  President of ORT (Organization for Rehabilitation and Training);
♦  President of PTA.

Goals

♦  To continue to oversee all the construction projects that have been started
♦  To make sure we move forward with the forty year re-certification
♦  To insure that elevator replacement moves forward for the safety of all unit owner’s
♦  To provide transparency to unit owner’s so they are well informed at all times(for specific updates please visit our website)
♦  To properly ensure the building funds are used in the manner they were allocated.

Expectations

♦  Make sure all projects are done in a timely manner
♦  To maintain open communications with all unit owner’s (all requests will be addressed)
♦  To assure that all renting rules, parking rules and their restrictions are adhered to  by all unit owners and their guests
♦  To be sure that Security will follow up on all complaints so that they can be addressed by the  Property Manager and the Board of Director’s
♦  After the election, my expectation is that the elected Board will continue to work in harmony.

This has been my goal for the past three years:

“A House Divided Cannot Stand”      This is our home and we should  be to enjoy our future years living in peace and harmony.
