New Look for Aquarius East Deck
As it is well-known the Aquarius East Deck needs to be replaced. The cost to put it back exactly as it is a little less than to make notable improvements aligning the area to the Construction Code.
Here the proposal from the Thomas L. President of Landscape Architect Consultants, LAC.
These details were object of about 5 rounds of discussions and suggestions collection. To this effort is was very important the input of Board of Directors members, active Construction Committee members and several owners that participate in open meetings during the months of October and November. These meetings happened during the regular Construction Committee meetings – Thursdays and several Sundays
The drawings are also on display on the Lobby of Aquarius. This post serves to inform the owners that are not in the property.
All details are going to be subject to vote of the membership. The Board is not going to proceed without the approval of the majority.
