This survey required by the engineering firm preparing the Aquarius 40 year Re-Certification exercise will also support the work of the General Contractor that will execute the needed repairs.
As it can be seen it is not a Boundary Survey but it includes a detailed survey of locations and elevations, columns, beams and plumbing, parking stripes, curbs, planters, walls, walks. Also the West Parking Lot will be surveyed in all its property details. In addition there will be a Coastal Construction Control Line and a Florida Department of Environmental Protection topographic and vegetation of beach front.
This is not a traditional Property Boundary but a more complex and comprehensive document.The documents presently available to the association can be seen HERE. Due their date of microfilm their conditions are not ideal. The silver material of the film has deteriorated and the digitization effort could only provide this blurred view. The Property Survey will make available a clear and precise view of structural and topographic aspects of our Aquarius.
