- Lobby etc. $350
- East Pool Shoring $40
- 40 Year Electrical $150
- Contingency $ 262
- Total $ 4000 (four million dollars)

All Questions must indicate the Apartment Number and be signed by the Unit Owner.
Questions without signature and apartment number will not be addressed.
Every question will be answered by your Board Member, Engineer, Landscape Architect or Condo Lawyer.
