The meeting will focus on the proposed New  Assessment of 2015. The Assessment aims to contemplate these projects (thousand of dollars):

4. Valet Deck (Main Entrance)    $ 2100
5. Mold Remediation   $41
6. Air Conditioning    $375
7. Garage Doors            $ 32
8. Lobby etc.                 $350
9. East Pool Shoring      $40
10. 40 Year Electrical     $150
11. Contingency             $ 262
12. Total                     $ 4000   (four million dollars)

All Questions must indicate the Apartment Number and be signed by the Unit Owner.
Questions without signature and apartment number will not be addressed.
Every question will be answered by your Board Member, Engineer,  Landscape Architect or Condo Lawyer.
