The National Weather Service has predicted an active season. Experts warn that it only takes one storm to change your life and our community.
Lets us not lower our guard, we need to prepare diligently.
The City of Hollywood advises to prepare by:
- Determining your risk
- Developing an evacuation plan and shelter options
- Prepare disaster supplies & medication to be sufficient for 7 days
- Strengthening your home
- Establishing your emergency contact list
- Making arrangements for special medical needs
- Arranging for your pets
