Aquarius has a new a.i.  Manager – Welcome Melissa Bello

Adrian Paredes, the Manager of Aquarius Condo. Association, will be out for a few weeks.

In the meantime Melissa Bello has been brought up by Atlantic Pacific to serve as ad interim Aquarius Manager.

Melissa brings more than 6 years of experience. She has managed condominiums of several sizes. She also has managed condominium offering hotel services. Her previous work was in Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Aventura.

She is very excited to work at Aquarius where there are a lot of activities  this end of year. 2020 Budget, Board Elections, Hallways Renewal, 40 year Re-certification conclusion among other. Last but not least now starts the High Season. This when our friends from the North, looking for the balm weather of South Florida,  join us while the snow falls up there.

Melissa is not married and has 3 cats. She also feeds two more cats that live in her neighborhood.
