New Board of Directors Officers at the Aquarius Condominium

In a Board of Directors Meeting, on January 22, 2016, the recently elected board appointed, in complete consensus,  the officers :

• President: Bhagwan (Buck) Gupta
• Vice-President: Cecílio-Augusto F. Berndsen
• Secretary: Linda Satz
• Treasurer: Victor Rocha
• Director: Sofia Ferenburg

It was also decided:

• Signing payments: Cecilio B. and Sofia F.
• Single point of contact with Legal Counsel: Victor Rocha
• Single point of contact with A & P Management: Bhagwan (Buck) Gupta
• Regular Board of Directors meetings that are open to the owners:
  Every Third Thursday of the Month at 6:30 on the Cascade Room
• Next Board of the Directors meeting: exceptionally this month: January 29th., 2016,2:00 pm
