Aquarius Condominium, Hollywood Florida 
I have been going to Hollywood Florida for over 4 years and every time I go to the Aquairus Condo at 2751 S Ocean Drive Hollywood Florida to see family; they have yet to get their covered parking back. They pay for HOA and their contract shows they should have covered parking but they do not. They have to park across the street at the canal and walk. The whole concept in moving here was the garage parking and since they have been here they have not had; as well as others who live here. Also; there is supposed to be two swimming pools; well they have not completed the repairs to date 10/24/2015 and they have been working on all of this for over 4 years. They collect the HOA’s but don’t complete the work. I do not like it that my family as well as others pay what they pay and can not get their garage parking which is included in their contracts. Believe me you don’t want to live here; They are letting it run down and doing nothing. There is NO WAY that it should take 4 + years to complete this work. Whomever is responsible for this work not being completed so that the residents / owners can have their garage parking; should be refunding these people money for NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE GARAGE PARKING AND THAT THEY ARE HAVING TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET WHICH IS HARD FOR SOME PEOPLE TO MAKE IT THAT FAR. When it rains it is awful to try and cross that street to get to your vehicle and or your home. Need New Management or someone who will get this work completed. I have taken pictures for the past 4 years showing the NO PROGRESS IN COMPLETING THE WORK. I have watched the so called work that is suppose to be taking place and when it takes 4 guys to hold a board and one nailing something in; there is a big issue. These pictures don’t look like the ones I recently took!!! I don’t know what pictures these are or which area they are but it isn’t the one I see every time I am here. Just go to 2751 S Ocean Drive and see if you can get into the parking areas and go look at that pool over the garage. That pool is not finished nor is the garage parking for these residents / owners who need their parking. This work should have been completed with in months from the date it started. It is ridiculous that it has taken 4 + years to complete and it is still not done. . But the are collecting those HOA’S for sure!!!
