Hi Cecilio We have an established pet committee. I was chair and we had 10 members with Paul Finfer , Susan, Grace, Teresa,2 others. We purchased dog tags and checked for implementation of the rules. I would like to reestablish this committee. We had agendas, minutes, checked applications and met once a month. Let me know if you would like me to set up a meeting with you and the committee. Thank you Joan Salvatore 903 So

Hello Cecilo..I am with the understanding ..the “Pet”Comittee has been redeveloped…it was sad to see it shut down…due to lack of ”follow – up by the board”….I know this to be true because I went to the meetings for this committee…So therefore, I along with many of my neighbors do hope this board ”WILL” follow thru…from getting rid of the new fencing on a number of patios which is horrible eyesore and our docs DO NOT APPROVE OF..THIS IS NOT A TENAMENT… we have been seeing pop up PUT THE ENCE IN THEIR HOUSE! ! !, to carrying the dog when leaving condo front door to exterior of building/property…and Not allowing animals to walk in garage around the cars ,*[where they have been seen urinating on the wheels ! ]……PLUS…WE DID HAVE RULES IN PLACE FOR SCREENING..THAT ”NO”RENTERS ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE AN ANIMAL/IE. DOG,CAT,PIG ETC. …I know this is NOT being followed and I want to know why?????…..Do we ”Not have enough problems…….WHEN IS ”ENOUGH ENOUGH ”???! !…

    Pam Ippolito..1103N..Have a nice day..
